To make a USB Thumb-Drive that installs Snow Leopard:
You can do this on any real Mac computer, or a Hackintosh.

1. Open DiskUtility. Select the thumb-drive. Click on "current". Select "1 Partition".
2. Click "Options" button. Select "GUID Partition Table". Click "Apply". Disk Utility will erase your Thumb-drive and reformat it to GUID Partition Table.
3. Click the "Restore" tab
Restore "Mac OSX Install DVD" to the Thumb-Drive. (erasing destination).
4. Open the app "ModUSB" by Nawcom. It is available here. Run the app, selecting the thumb drive when prompted.
After this is done, your USB Thumb-drive is ready to be used to install Snow Leopard to your EeePC!!! Copy the latest Jaavros-Kit for 1005HA to your Thumb-Drive. You will need it later.
